Join EveryChild, the Rock Island Police Department, and the City of Rock Island to plant a community pinwheel garden to celebrate Child Abuse Prevention Month and remind ourselves of the healthy, happy, safe childhoods that every child deserves. Planting begins at 1:00 PM outside the police department.
