Join EveryChild, Rock Island County Sheriff and Juvenile Justice Center to plant a community pinwheel garden to celebrate Child Abuse Prevention Month and remind ourselves of the healthy, happy, safe childhoods that every child deserves. Planting begins at 1:30 PM outside the Rock Island County Sheriff’s office, then we will go to the Juvenile Justice Center 525 18th St, Rock Island, IL 61201.
